RRSI PACER is a nonionic blend of surfactants and highly refined phytobland paraffin oil. It is designed for use with a broad range of pesticides where a oil concentrate adjuvant is recommended.
-Works with oil based herbicides, allowing them to mix with water, creating a better mix
-Works to cut through the protective waxy layers of a plant, allowing more pesticide into the plant
