Helps to prevent pulling and chaffing of fur on the neck. Includes a welded steel D-ring and heavy duty side-release buckle. Not for use as tie-out. Please note, for small dogs please allow room for one finger to fit easily under collar. For larger dogs, please allow room for two fingers to easily fit under collar.
