TRI-ZAP Insecticide Ear Tags are formulated with zeta-cypermethrin and abamectin and synergized by piperonyl butoxide, creating a powerful tool for combating a variety of external pests on all cattle, including dairy cows and calves. By integrating two potent modes of action, TRI-ZAP provides extended protection and serves as a key component in a resistance-management program. This 9.5-gram tag protects for up to 4 months and requires no meat or milk withdrawal.

-Insecticides are impregnated within the plastic of the ear tag and slowly release through contact with the animal, providing continuous protection for several months.
-No withdrawal time.
-Apply Y-TEX insecticide ear tags with the Y-TEX UltraTagger plus or UltraTagger Compact applicators.
-For management of insecticide resistance, rotate chemical classes using other Y-TEX insecticide ear tags, according to Y-TEX’s recommended rotation program.
